I cant workout today ‘cause i’ve got my period & i’ve been in pain the entire day … 

Other than that everything has been good

i had my cheat day today .. i kinda had unhealthy lunch & dinner.. & i wanted to workout for at least 30 minutes but now im just feeling really tired & sleepy & i dont think im gonna do any exercise…

i guess this is one of those lazy days.

Today for breakfast i had some ww bread with pepper spread & yogurt, lunch was brown rice, chicken & ww bread & dinner was banana pancakes (one banana, 1 egg & one egg white & rye flour). As for exercise, i did Jillian’s body revolution.

Eating & exercise wise i’ve had great last couple of day .. yesterday was a cheat day & i had some mashed potatos, meatballs & a couple of wafers. 

For breakfast i had a granola bar & fruit yogurt, for lunch i had potatoes,veggies & ww bread, snack was a banana & for dinner i had polenta & ww bread with cream cheese.

I did some Jillian Michaels’ workout for 30 minutes & walked for 45 minutes.

Today for breakfast i had a sandwich, not a really healthy one (i had some problems finding real food), for lunch i had brown rice, veggies & ww bread & for dinner i had egg, tuna, yogurt & some pepper spread with ww bread. I also had some oranges as a snack .. 

As for the exercises, i rode my stationary bike for 45 minutes.

It’s time for me to get back in shape

Starting tomorrow im going to eat healthy again & exercise as much as i can .. Maybe post here my daily intake, we’ll see.

I weight 46kg & i need to lose at least 3 - 4kg.

Since i haven’t gotten my period since august (before that it was in january) I went to the gynecologist a few days ago & today i had my ultrasound .. she said everything looks good but i have to go check my hormons, hypophysis, thyroid .. etc. She thinks that i have some hormone disorder or something like that which might’ve affected my height too (im only 152cm) .. She said that one of the reasons i have irregular period might be my weight also .. apparently, girls who weight 45kg or less have problems with their period (or something like that, i dont remember well).

Anyway .. i have time until the middle of november to get everything checked & than i’ll see her again. She mentioned something about giving me some pills or medicine that can help me get my period back. :)

i couldnt open youtube which meant i couldnt do pop pilates as i planed… im on my stationary bike right now, scrolling trough tumblr and talking to my friend on fb .. its only been 14min and i feel kinda tired already :( this sucks

I made overnight oats & they’re in the fridge right now :)

I’ll be eating them for the first time tomorrow morning. Good night now, it’s almost 1am & im really tired.

Pilates & kickboxing finished :) I feel good.
