My plan: 

  • Eating between 1000-1500 kcal everyday;
  • Drinking a lot of water, around 1.5 - 2 liters & at least one glass of tea each day;
  • No white bread or any other “white” products;
  • Have a treat or a cheat meal once a week (if needed);
  • No soda,chips (which both i actually havent had since december i think :D ), cookies .. any unnecessary sugar & salt.

Workouts:

Im currently doing Jillian’s Body Revolution  along with POP Pilates for around 45 minutes or more 5 days a week.
